玫瑰花薑蜜

我本星期最喜愛的茶-玫瑰花薑蜜

薑茶對於月經時候不但能暖肚而且可以驅風驅寒。
玫瑰花可以養顏,怡神,調理月經。 蜜糖含有大量易被人體吸收的氨基酸、維生素及糖類,營養全面而豐富,常食可以保持皮膚紅潤細嫩有光澤。

方法簡單:
用新鮮薑片煲熱後, 加玫瑰花蓋上3分鐘, 最後加蜜糖服用。

    Waaa... You need a warm bag too. I used to have a bean/Oat bag that you put in the microwave for 80 seconds and it will be heated up. If those doesn't work.. I guess you take pain killer. But I know taking Calcium works.

  4. When I say taking Calcium.. You have to take that for a period of time. Like never stop taking them for 3months in a roll and you will see result. You can't take them only when your period comes.
