今日跟我的化學PHD朋友 和我一位醫生叔叔談起。叔叔說在美國，透明質酸是要醫生處方的藥物。Chem PHD 則說這種酸會加快新陳代謝，但如果每晚都用，有可能改變細胞更新速度。而細胞分裂過快，有可能會致癌，蓋因細胞快速分裂是癌症的其中一個原因。
而且，細胞的分裂次數，其實是有限的，如果你每日用這種藥物，會令細胞更快衰老，細胞日日換新，望落去當然會靚D，但其實有健康風險。最好的方法，其實是順其自然，不利用任何方法改變細胞的更新速度。
另外我亦有問有關維他命的問題，他說維他命對面部護理是很好的，亦不會改變新陳代謝。 他說其實用透明質酸亦算安全，但比較之下，維他命會是較好的選擇。 就維他命而言，其實維他命C是很難被皮膚吸收的。 吸收程度排名依次為：C, E, B, A, D (其中維他命D最易被皮膚吸收, 例如:太陽光), C 最難。但要注意維他命 D 並不是抗氧化劑，C, E, B, A 才是。 因為維他命 C 不易被皮膚吸收，所以最好是口服。
Snowy PS: I found out two of my eye creams contain Hyaluronic Acid. But since both of my eye creams are 0.5 oz and with many other ingredience. I am not worry. It probably only equal to one drop of that "30ml 100% Hyaluronic Acid JUJU product". Since I have used those eye creams for a year. (two drops of Hyaluronic Acid for a year is nothing) But I wouldn't try using that one drop of Hyaluronic Acid everyday unless I have some sort of skin problems going on.
