喝茶與抗氧化


自從我登了白毫銀針那一篇文章以後,很多人突然非常有興趣找這一種茶葉。 但是我想聲稱一件事,就是白毫銀針所擁有的抗氧化成份不一定比其他茶例如:綠茶,黑茶或紅茶多。其實如果女生們想吸收抗氧化物質(即抗衰老),其實喝綠茶(龍井),黑茶(普洱)也可以。 就算你喝酒,橙汁,蘋果汁亦有抗氧化成份。 所以我不想誤導大家必須喝白毫銀針才有這一種效用。 我其實非常鼓勵大家應該隨著自己的需要而喝不同的茶。 不要一味只喝一種茶。

例如: 如果你熱氣的時候當然喝菊花杞子,不但清熱,而且明目。 如果你吃太多澱粉質例如:蛋糕,蛋撻等高油分食物,我會選擇喝綠茶(日本抹茶,抗氧化成分最多),因為綠茶可以消滯,特別是澱粉質。當然也可隨著自己的喜好選擇英國紅茶或者黑茶,伴曲奇餅,英式甜點,因為其實這樣一邊喝一邊吃不但可以比較飽肚而且可以減少滯脹的感覺。如果吃了過多肉類想消滯的話,烏龍茶是最有效的。

我很也喜歡花茶的花香味,能夠怡神,特別下午,當新陳代謝減慢時喝,聞到芬芳的花香鮮味,能夠令心情舒暢。可隨心選擇茉莉花`水仙或者玫瑰花茶我都很喜歡。曾經有人說過玫瑰花茶可以減肥,又可以調理月經,但我覺得效用不大。 反而覺得薑茶加黑糖最有效。用新鮮薑片煲熱後加黑糖後服用對於月經時候不但能暖肚而且可以驅風驅寒。

我想補充說明為何早上喝白毫銀針,其實它只不過是白茶的一種,白茶其實也包括牡丹和藍苺白茶,所有白茶都沒有經過炒的過程,而且只經過少量或沒有發酵的過程,是經過最少加工處理的一種茶葉,所以它的咖啡因比其他茶低,早上喝自然最好。



講完喝茶,我想講有甚麼其他飲料也含有抗氧化作用。而成份最高其實是紅酒,一杯紅酒已等如兩杯黑茶。 但請大家不要誤會喝酒就一定好。因為酒的壞處還是遠比它的好處多---首先,就是它的酒精會殺死腦細胞,長期飲用對腦部有害。這是有根據的,我已分別問過一個生物學和化學系的博士生,他們都認同這個說法。因為腦細胞是受不了酒精的。然後,最大的問題是特別指女性,因為已經有研究指出,每日飲三杯酒的女人患乳癌的機會比不飲酒的女人多百分之三十,這一點女士們必須小心。

  2. 紅酒嘅抗氧化成分,都喺來自提子嗟。飲濃縮提子汁都OK啦。
    飲太多酒,會易dehydrate,又傷肝,對皮膚都唔好啦。
    blueberry都有好多抗氧化成分。茶就喺日本抹茶最多。

    Choose whatever you feel good drinking la! Don't force yourself to drink/ eat anything you don't feel comfort! Your body gives you the right signals for what you need! Believe in it!
