化粧與清潔

有人問及我關於如何去除酒米，我跟身邊的朋友討論過，發現所有關於皮膚的問題，例如酒米，暗粒，粉刺。這三樣其實都離唔開化粧。我發覺所有有長期化粧的女仔，都有這個煩惱。怪不得 Eric(我的皮膚問題解答博士，亦即生物學的權威博士) 對於化粧這回事抱一個不支持的態度。

其實，讀 Bio或者讀 Chem的人一定知道化粧對皮膚可以有幾差，因為會block o左毛孔，令皮膚不能呼吸，而化粧粉會進入毛孔而不能清理掉，就算你清潔得幾乾淨，如果日日都化粧，一定會有粉刺和酒米的問題。雖然有些女性朋友跟我說，有些化粧品能像護膚品一樣保護皮膚，我覺得這是很個人的想法，不是每個女仔用同一隻化粧品都會得到她說的效果。

無論你採用的化粧品多麼昂貴，其實最終如果經常使用，皮膚都會出現問題。所以我都係睇情況先用，如果有必要例如那天要影很多相我才會化粧。因為每次落粧都花長時間，就算第二朝洗面還見到閃粉在面上，根本沒有可能一次過洗乾淨，以我的經驗，第一次落粧只會洗去九成八粉，總有小部分仍然留在面上，因為毛孔已經將它們吸收，要皮膚自己進行新陳代謝令舊皮脫去。所以至少要三日至一星期才能完全把粉除去。所以長期化粧的人，當毛孔上的粉未清時，又再塗新粉上去，根本不能令毛孔休息，皮膚的新陳代謝還來不及清除舊皮的骯髒物。對於貪靚的女仔 (又有必要化粧工作的人)來說，我覺得 makeup base(即上粧之前保護皮膚的那一層)要用最可以保護到皮膚的，而落粧亦很重要。很多人用落粧棉花，其實買多個上粧用的 sponge來落粧更加好。因為越密的細孔更能擦去細微的粉，亦較不會刺激皮膚，以下是一篇 Erica教人落粧的video，我覺得非常有用，睇完絕對學到野。我的方法是除了落粧油再用護膚膏落一次，然後再用洗面霜和洗面乳。

MAKE UP REMOVERS...

1.MINERAL OIL : Mineral oil is best for remoing make up.it is even cheaper than baby oil.since,babay oil is nothing more than mineral oil with fragrence and both give same results.

2 BABY OIL: If you don't have mineral oil,babay oil can be used.it works great and moisturises the skin.

3.OLIVE OIL:Use olive oil from kitchen.It removes make up very easily.

4.ALMOND OIL:Use sweet almond oil.It works great andis very cheap and good for the skin too.

5.RAW MILK :Best alternativefor oily and all sin types:if you don't wana use any oil on your face for removing make up,best way is to dip cotton balls in raw milk and just wipe your face with it.It iS THE CHEAPEST WAY OF REMOVING MAKE UP.
